Policies

I understand the need for flexibility in my clients' busy schedules and respect how valuable their time is.  I attempt to accommodate  clients' schedules, and ask that you as a client, do the same. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me by email, dionne@hairbydionne.com, at least 24 hours in advance,  so I have time to fill your cancelled appointment.

There will be a 50% re-booking fee charged for all appointments with less than 24 hours' notice. 

Missed Appointments

When an appointment is missed there isn't enough time to fill that spot.  A gap is left in my schedule and money is lost.  If an appointment is "no-showed", 100% of the cost of services missed will be due before you are able to reschedule. 

Redo

I strive to offer my clients the highest level of satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 5 days of your visit.  I need to know or I can't do anything about it.  I am always willing to make it right and leave you 100% happy with your hair.
